Why does everyone suck so bad @ Oryx?
I swear I've been trying all mother-loving day long and guardians can't stay alive. If a million bucks was on the line, everyone would still die. Sigh.....

I've noticed most veteran players are gone, and a lot of first timers are now hitting the scene. I used to do the raid in under an hour, with teams off lfg too. Now I usually skip oryx bc ppl can't stay alive. This week somebody said "I've never done oryx before" I haven't heard that since September. I'm hoping the update will bring ppl back, otherwise finishing poe will actually be a challenge

I've actually had complete idiots claim "I'm doing good" or "No ones killing what's shooting at me" then there's the fact that some people an't manage even the slightest of fire under pressure watching people burn a full clip trying to kill a single acolyte. Or literally jump as high as possible when heading to cover on warpriest Like they're trying to die!! If this shit was real, we'd be -blam!-ed with how bad some players are

most people i do it with struggle at the sisters which helps them ace oryx since they're so similar

Maybe cause with no matchmaking their experience with the raid is extremely low. I've finished normal once back when it was released and never played it again.

I was in a group last night where the platform guys could not stay alive. I was getting that relic ASAP and telling them get off their plates, but they kept dieing after that. And they kept talking about each other's dick size, it was very strange. So I thought about how I only get crap rewards, and left. Usually I see it through, but knowing the rewards would most likely be utter crap was disheartening.

I did oryx hard yesterday and we beat it in one try, on hard it's easier to complete because everyone knows what to do.

After thursday it's best to stay away from king's fall.

Tuesday / Wednesday are the days to get the raid done efficiently. Not to say it say it can't be done on a Sunday, there are just far more 'inexperienced' raiders the later in the week

I was finally able to down Oryx on hard mode the night before last. It took me three groups, but the third one was solid. Everyone was LL 310+, knew their positions/jobs, and executed them well, except me, I died like 3 times. I needed to git gud. This was a nice surprise after a 3 month or so hiatus.

Wait till everyone is around 330-335 and still suck at it.

1 RespuestaHonesty, most of the people that are good at raids rarely play anymore, and if they do, it's at Tuesday around 9am.
