To those who think that the Wombo Combo needs a nerf...
You are WRONG. The only way a Nightstalker can get a kill with their grenade is by using their melee charge too. Do you understand how ridiculous that is? Sunsingers throw their grenade with a blindfold on and can get a kill 1/2 the time, and they're going to complain about smoke/vortex? And if not that, 'why don't warlocks get an evade? Nerf shadestep because my grenades don't insta bake them.' Well guess what, Nightstalker grenades by themselves never get a kill. They're terrible. Quit crying about hunters saying they want things nerfed when you're just as guilty of it.
Edit: This has been mistaken many times as a post calling for nerfs. It's not. It's comparing one thing that warlocks/Titans find OP and would like changed to something Hunters/Titans find OP and would like changed. Warlocks just have a way of never realizing they call for nerfs just as frequently as the hunters they so despise.
Edit 2: I main a Voidwalker Warlock in PvP. Get at me 'salty Hunter' and 'huntard' cheerers. Go back to the special Ed classrooms you belong in.

6 RespuestasAgreed the firebolt kills with ONE shot, shield and all saw it happen to my friend playing titan WITH solar armor buff, that grenade is needing the nerf or viking funeral the burn effect does so much damage.

It's not the only you can kill with a grenade. Just use the Spike grenade/ Snare. You just have to know when to use it and not throwing YOLO style like your life depends. The nightstalker has one best neutral in PvP. I just find the wombo combo play dumb.

10 RespuestasFirebolts have to be thrown close by, and it will do an instant git then go away and leave the enemy burning. Your grenade and melee combo can be used to block of areas, or instantly do insane damage while trapping an enemy in place.

5 RespuestasIt is op. I've used and come across people using this tactic and imo, it s the most op combo out there, it's literally inescapable. Not being able to move while getting damaged while a team pushes offensively, throwing more nades and firing shots, it's basically just imminent death once you get caught in the toxic. Its all well and good rehearsing a counter tactic, but once you get caught, you're dead, no two ways about it.
