Well they have to remain accurate to the lore lol it wouldn't really make any sense to fight the Prophets again. I can understand the Brutes though, but they're not really a big "threat" anymore after they disbanded from the Covenant. The Flood is confirmed to make a return at some point, along with the Didact.
