This crucible is garbage now.
So why don't we just take every other gun outta the crucible and give everyone snipers cause that's all anyone uses. No skill involved to use one either. Just camping ass bitches sitting in crouch. Great way to make it balanced, Bungie.
Let's give everone a 1 shot weapon with aim assist and perks to make it even easier. Brilliant.

The only gun that gets under my skin is the raid machine gun. I'd never say it should be nerfed though.

Exactly man, they nerfed primaries so badly they can't counter decent snipers at long range or mid range most of the time, and I still do not understand why they would nerf arcbolt, yet keep burn firebolts, year 2 ruined regular pvp and trials in my opinion

I agree but try playing during the time of day when you're matched against players from other countries every match. That's when it's really really garbage. They take twice the bullets to kill, teleport everywhere while moving 3 times faster at all times, start shooting you before they even show up on your screen and shoot you through cover. Completely unplayable! I think I'd rather paper cut myself between my toes from now on.

1 Respuestai exclusively snipe, but i am probably more tired of it than you. problem is, if you nerf snipers or buff shotguns, it will just be shotguns again. sitting in the back of the map head glitching or sniping distracted targets does not take much skill. but sliding around with a shotgun, or blink shotgunning/shadestep shotgunning takes considerably less skill. it's like comparing the skill it takes to bowl to the skill it takes to play golf. anyone can go in and knock down pins. even 8 year old girls get the occasional strike. but it does take skill to be extremely good at bowling. bowling is like using a shotgun. even people that aren't that skillful can sometimes hit a golf ball extremely far. they might be really strong off the tee. but the short game is what separates good players from bad players. either way, it takes way more skill to golf than to bowl, whether at a high level or a low level. that being said, they both need major attention. right now it is snipers more than shotguns, but not long ago it was the other way around. the solution is to leave shotguns the way they are, leave snipers the way they are, and have special ammo replace heavy in every playlist and function accordingly. you get 5 or 6 bullets 3x per match...... you die with it, it is gone...... not rocket science. solves the whole problem

1 RespuestaI've seen very few campers. Is this more prevalent in 3v3 types like ToO? I use snipers a lot, and have seen a lot of snipers used, but mostly everyone I come across, myself included, use coordinated strafing when sniping. The campers are easy to pick off if they're sitting still. If you're only talking about them being overused, I could somewhat agree; somewhat. They were way more overused before the special ammo nerf. I think it's found a healthy balance now. To those saying the game is garbage. Sure, newer better games are coming out, but that's just it. Their appeal makes destiny seem to have less appeal, when in all reality, I've noticed its the players with no friends that complain. You're all the same people who plugged several hours into the game.
