On my way home from work this evening I saw a cyclist who had obviously been hit by a car. There was a lady standing beside him and another man performing CPR on him. The Police/EMT had not arrived to the scene yet. I know first aid pretty well, but I did not stop to help because there was already someone performing CPR. No need for me there I suppose.
