The hunter Tripmine grenade has been the plague of the crucible since launch, often times I can be 10 feet away from the blast radius and am still hit by the cone of damage.
Overall the biggest problem is the grenade does not take skill to aim, the notorious amount of auto aim makes sticking someone at close range a complete joke, often hunters will panic nade at close range when they know they have been defeated.
TLDR: Nerf trip mineZ for scrubZ

Undeniable evidence of just how OP and easy trips are to throw

Lol cry baby

And other stickies aren't? A max armor build Hunter can rank being stuck by it.

Editado por Un1337ninj4: 2/27/2016 12:28:17 AMNow, I haven't been on my Hunter in a while. But unless they've changed it they do NOT alter their flight path like Mags, Fusions, etc. Running enough Armor also kills their effectiveness when placed traditionally. Honestly, unless it was while wearing a Spine I just stuck with Incendiaries. They can kill regardless of Armor depending on prox, can also affect targets beyond sightlines, and are more readily applicable in setting up an engagement. In fact, in the vid you posted that individual would have had the SAME result with these or any number of 'nades in the game.

and what fusion grenades arent? lmao what an idiot
-
4 RespuestasAre you serious? A red flashing laser in front of you isn't enough to warn you of a trip mine? Just shoot it when you see it and keep playing. If you can't do that you deserve to get killed.
-
Lol what? This isn't even a good troll
-
1 RespuestaEasy? Auto aim? I've mained a hunter since launch, and I can honestly say you don't know what the fuck you're talking about. I don't know what you've been smoking, but they have NO auto aim. If you get your armor as high as it will go, you can survive a direct explosion (not a stick). You wanna talk "tracking" ( that's what some grenades have, since you obviously have no idea what the fuck you're talking about) your little fusion grenades actually have the most. You sir, take the retard cake.

2 Respuestas*Bungie sees this and nerfs fusion rifles* [][][]
-
Do you even play on your hunter?
-
Got to be satire, "auto aim" lmao.
-
Lmao, cone. Bro, trip mine has literally no horizontal blast radius, it does however have a massive vertical radius. That is about as large as the beams eminating from it. Clearly telling you "hey I'm a trip mine!" If you are dying to that, man... Just sad
-
1 RespuestaBoth the tripmine kills in that video were on people who had already taken damage..
-
I love how people say that hunters complain and ask for nerfs but most of the posts are by people like this
-
It's a tripmine. That's how they're supposed to work. God damn you people will complain about everything.
-
Tripmine really aren't op. It's just about where you place them. I personally choose spots that aren't obvious like a wall next to a control point or on a wall in a doorway.
-
Surely this post is a joke..? Much rather deal with tripmines than lightning/fusion/smoke and vortex combos. The amount of times an opponent has been losing a gunfight to my doctrine and decided the only way out is to stick a fusion nade on my noggin is unbelievable. Im not even gonne read past the 3rd post on this thread. Its over and ot shouldn't even have started.
-
2 RespuestasI hate them because you see them blinking, but you never know where they are, then you see that red light and your just like. Im -blam!-ed.
-
Lol I thought this was obvious trolling... Do you know how many times people have just run through my tripmines?
-
Omfg go home kid you are CANCER
-
What's next on the nerf requests? Oh yeah the kids shall cry about throwing knifes now.

1 Respuesta
The warlock Firebolt grenade has been the plague of the crucible since launch.
-
Lol... No
-
Compared to other stickies tripmines don't have a lot of tracking.
-
1 Respuesta-can be ran past without detonation -can be shot -can be thrown THROUGH people and not stick -unless wearing exotic gauntlets, their life time is pathetic -only kills if stuck to or you're stupid enough to run through its range. Learn to deal with them
-
Every class has stickies, and trip mine doesn't have magnetism. I've never noticed one auto aiming. They're really not all that, once you know what to look out for you'll almost never die to them. I use trip mines and you soon learn what to look out for. They can easily be countered - my best advice is to take the time and shoot them when you spot one. This IB I think I've perhaps died to one once.
-
I actually do think these are OP even though they aren't that great lol. It's the only grenade that insta kills a none max armour, can be used as a trap and sticky someone. The only thing that makes them not OP is that they're shit and half the time they just don't go off.
