Anybody that has not found the 320 ghost yet needs to log out of Destiny (actually log out, don't switch characters) and then log back in. I logged in with the character that I did the 7 games with and, like magic, there it was waiting for me at the post-master. I was getting worried there for a bit that Bungie had done it to us again, but I think that we are finally getting through to them (i.e. many players having taken time away from Destiny). I kept waiting around for my promised ghost to no avail, then, after I realized that I probably need to log out then back in again, I got mine immediately after I logged back in. This should work for any of you out there that have not yet received your 320 ghost shells!
