What Exotic did you use before you got Gjallarhorn?
What Exotic did you use before you got your Gjallarhorn? I used Mida, with a little Red Death and Hawkmoon. Maybe Icebreaker. I got my Gjallarhorn mid-HoW.

Thunderlord- my first exotic from my first legendary engram back in vanilla when purples usually turned blue.

There were other exotics in year 1?

Gally was my second Exotic and I got it during my first VOG run, so it was pretty much the only exotic I used until I got Thorn. :)

Ice breaker hands down the best sniper to ever come out of the game not because of the ammo regen but it helped. It was not game breaking you could do everything without it if you got a sniper that picks up ammo when you shoot it. That's what I used when I got my ghorn

I used Monte Carlo most of the time. That was my first Exotic out of the Queen's Chest. I only got Gjallarhorn a little bit after from a Legendary engram I got from the Daily Heroic Story. Moral of the story: grind out those Story missions, kids.

Got suros back in october of year one. Thing was awesome then. Just seems lackluster now.

Red death for a week till Xur sold Gjallarhorn week two. Very few ppl had enough strange coins in the first two weeks which was nice because exotics were SUPER thin

First exotic I got was Universal Remote but it's been vaulted for a long time. If your talking heavy weapons then Thunderlord has always been my go to pvp heavy and Truth was my first heavy exotic.

Dragon's Fart :( I was never lucky enough to get a GHorn drop. Did both raids and NF on 3 characters every week and still had to wait for the second sale. Then they nerfed it..

I used to use MIDA for VoG. The range was great for the confluxes part and obviously the reload speed is second to none on scout rifles.
