If the next dlc is 40$??
They say it's going to be as big as ttk and all I read is as expensive as ttk will you be purchasing it with that price tag?

1 Respuesta$40 would be a disastrous price for the "larger expansion" coming later this year. Because Destiny 2 will hit the big reset button, of course I'd put that $40 toward Destiny 2!

Actually, I think the wording was more like biggest SINCE TTK. Which could mean smaller than TTK but larger than SRL and anything in between.

If you are talking about the spring expansion then that should be part of TTK price as there is no way that there was $70 (AUD) worth of content. If it's the September expansion then charging for that is fine. But $70? That's pretty much the price of a whole new game..... We didn't get a whole new game.

1 RespuestaThe fall expansion will be one of two things: 1. Small/medium in size, supported by microtransactions. 2. Large in size, and a paid DLC. I think most of are us are hoping for #2. I think I am. ;)

4 RespuestasSince TTK was not worth 40$ at all, no I wouldn't. Base game came with 4 planets and a ton of other stuff. TTK came with 1 area and 1 raid. It was 1 quarter of the original game. So if you do some math it should've cost 15-20$

Yes TTK was worth every penny and more so 40 is a no brainer.

4 RespuestasHell no . The TTK was worth 20 - 25 in my opinion as a good expansion . Still destiny fanboys thinks Ttk was so fun so it was worth it regarding the price . Thats not exactly how it works. Remember destiny vanilla ? 6 strike and ttk 4 so its good right ? Actually no. Vanilla destiny lacked of content do you remember that ? Think about it before buying it , so many good games are coming out so you want destiny to get better ? Give them what they actually deserve and they will understand .

42 RespuestasEveryone who buys it is just wasting money at this point I've been with destiny since day one. Spent $140+ on this game and what did I get for being loyal and defending bungie and this shit game? A shader that looks nearly identical to a dead orbit shader all my year one weapons taken away from me every weapon I loved nerfed to shit. A crappy sparrow and emblem a ghost, my favorite raid turned into a useless piece of garbage. All year 1 content is now worthless all bungie ever puts as the daily heroic is ttk content. Bungie took away the cool things added in HoW and TDB and then they go on to treat year one players like shit and is basically trying to make us quit. Meanwhile the new comers who purchased ttk and destiny together only had to pay $80 for everything didn't go through all the bs year one players did. Get exotic class items, emotes and shaders made for the newcomers in a bundle while again year 1 players had to pay an additional $20 for on top of the $140+. Bungie will continue this for all they want is money believe me destiny 2 won't be any better I read every single page of the contract for some dumb reason all destiny games are meant to be laid out in the same way as the first. Won't be buying any more from bungie. Oh and sorry for bad grammar didn't care enough to care about any of it.

Ttk wasn't that big at all compare to the map packs we got before it was big but not as a dlc

I've spent 60 bucks on many games. Very few have kept me interested for more than a few months. Many have lost my interest less than a few weeks. I've been enjoying Destiny for almost a year and half for around 100 bucks total. Money well spent. And I'll be happy to pay another 60 bucks for another few months of enjoyment.
