Ok, so Bungie is finally going to listen to its community? Well, me and all of my friends have grinded out the loot of this game....and i have to say, it gets tiring....and after so many raids and nightfalls and strikes and crucible matches.....im tried....but there is a easy solution to not only make players happy, but to add flare to the game. Add trade....trade market (public trading) and individual trades (private trading) Allow players to sell wepons, armor, ships and etc...or TRADE like i want to trade my thorn for a Valentine shader, Sugary Shell, and Oryx mask....u can have players choose lowest acceptable light level even....this would add to the loot table each individual player has. At the begging of TTK you said u wanted to make Destiny less RNG and allow players to earn loot....i for one think this coexist with what u said...Bungie, plz please pwz PLEASE! add trading into the game, give players a since of power, even have something in the tower that shows which player is the top marketer or something, its a great idea in the communities eyes. This is one step i believe you should take, just like i think wepon skins and other customizations should be added....MMO's are my pride, Bungie is my soul, and fps are fun as hell....don't hurt our hearts by keeping us wishing and wanting....feed us that Deej goodness and make our world a better place, i am just one member of this massive community who plays Destiny even when there is nothing new...i test legendary guns for best kill rate or dps and i farm crucible....im not really a pve guy....but hey, id love to trade my crucible exclusives for a strick exclusive.

12 RespuestasWhen Activision brought over a guy from World of Warcraft to help them build Destiny, they guy brought over a big list of "Do Not Do's". Player trading was on that list. While it seems good on paper, if you put it in the game, you'll regret that decision so quickly. Player trading in other games has lead to lots of grieving, spam messages, and general disrespect for a lot. MMO's are the best example for this. Spam messages from gamers about "selling X weapon for Y amount" or "looking for Z item for Y amount" will become "normal". People will complain about the messages. Then people will turn off messages, locking their account to a "friends only". If trading was "friends only" people would get too many friend requests to tolerate, and again people would probably lock their accounts. People locking their accounts out would prevent spammers from getting to them, but would also end up causing problems for new players trying to get help who send a message to people asking to join them or just a simple question. Also, some people would begin to ask for real world money. "Pay $150 for Vex Mythoclast... Etc, etc." (People already charge $150 for Lighthouse carries in ToO, seriously) Scalping would begin, causing reluctance to go to the tower on fear of getting spam every time you arrived. People would send messages out in the wild. Message bots would be created to spam tons of people. Earning weapons would be invalidated. People would pay to get stuff, turning player enjoyment and the feeling of pride from getting that sweet drop finally into nothing. The game would become pay to win by association, turning this game into a failure. The grind may not be fun, but finally getting that reward, that drop you've always wanted is just so sweet. Just don't try so hard. Just play. I wanted a Red Spectre for a long time since it was first discovered. I just kept playing, enjoying having fun. One day it dropped. Pure luck. Just don't play for the reward specifically. That'll ruin the game fast. Play the game. Enjoy it. Don't ask for something that will ruin the game. Bungie has already stated that they will not be putting player trading into the game.

They would have to get rid of the kiosks, or people would just buy tons of thorns and ghorns and trade them for whatever they wanted, without actually losing the weapon. It would also make quest exotics obsolete. In short it would break the game.
-
I would not like trading. The tower spam.
-
A lot of people would like to see it, myself included, and a lot of people wouldn't. I think it would be viable, but only under extremely strict conditions. In order to trade, you'd either have to: 1) Only be able to trade with people you've been friends with for at least 3 months; 2) Have been in the same clan for at least the same amount of time; 3) Only even trades would be allowed (exotic for exotic, legendary for legendary, etc.), no 2 for 1 trades. I think those are good points, but like everyone, including Bungie has said, it isn't going to happen, and I'm ok with that. I can just shard exotics and break down everything else for marks/materials, orbuse them for infusion.

Editado por Ashikon: 2/19/2016 3:45:08 PMAfter taking advice from Blizzard, they received a list of what not to do. This was a few months ago. On that list was a bunch of things that players wanted, unfortunately. And we didn't get those things. On that list was trading. Basically a list of what not to do or you'll regret doing it.

1 RespuestaYeah I'd like to see it but as long as it's only between Fireteam members and they should limit the amount you can trade. My mate's been after Red Death which just hasn't dropped for him at all in year 2. I have 3. I can't get Zhalo, he has two, so what would be the harm in us swapping like for like. Just my opinion.

I like how you said "bungie wants this to be less of a grind and earn loot", but you want trading...Where in trading do you earn your loot lol?
-
Fvcking casual.
-
Trading would literally destroy the whole mmo part of this game, it's not a good idea... I bought this game for the grind and after putting a ton of hours into it, it just seems stupid to completely change everything about it just like that.

Editado por jonathanpride: 2/19/2016 3:28:20 PMThey just need to change the way glimmer works. Get rid of the cap on glimmer make more ways to get it like daily and weekly quest. Make xur a permanent npc in the tower and have his stock rotate every week like normal. Let him sell exotics for glimmer at an insane amount like 100k per exotic. Add weapon mods and armor mods and let xur sell that for glimmer. Use strange coins for the armor mod and weapon mod upgrades. That's why this game has become so boring there isn't enough diversity in how you choose to play you character.

3 RespuestasEditado por Joyaboi: 2/19/2016 3:35:20 PM*friends joins game* *friend uses spark of light and hits 25* *friend plays first couple of missions and hits 40 (yes its that easy I did it on my Hunter)* Ill just give him my duplicate exotics, all 310. I also have a lot of useless armor I was saving for infusion. All 300. Congrats my friend is now 305 and hasn't even finished the campaign.
-
This is a bad idea....
-
No its a terrible idea, it would break the game and ruin the fun and the overall point of the game would be lost.
-
1 RespuestaThere's nowhere near enough gear in destiny to make trading a viable thing. People already complain there's nothing to do like 2 weeks after a release and you want to make it easier to get stuff?
-
1 RespuestaBungie has said they will never add trading into this game and I whole heartedly agree. What's the point of grinding when you can just go get your friend to hook you up with his extra 320 pieces? Exotics already don't feel like exotic rarity anymore. Let's not devalue them even more. Destiny was meant for loot to feel special when you got it. And it was....in Y1 mostly. The reaction of someone getting their first ghorn was awesome. Vs oh let me just trade for one/buy one from PayPal
-
1 RespuestaOnly if: -It's locked for people under lvl 40 -You can only trade an item for another with the same rarity (i.e exotic for exotic, legendary for legendary, etc.)
-
8 RespuestasNo. Absolutely not. The last thing I want to listen to is some kid trying to talk me into buying his green weapon cause it's "so op".
-
No. No. NO. Trading will make the game pointless.
-
Only if all trading is anonymous and only items of similar quality can be traded

-
NO! Trading should never be allowed!
-
3 RespuestasExotics would have to be locked out of trading. The kiosks would make trading pointless as everyone could have everything.

7 RespuestasTrading is toxic , if you want pay to win this is the way to achieve it . Bad idea .
