Flawless raider fail - sleeper simulant.
So in the hunt for the flawless raider achievement and after multiple restarts due to stupid falling deaths my fireteam takes down the deathsinger no problem, whilst clearing the adds before crota this happens....
[EDIT] We managed to get the achievement in the end. The hardest part of the raid was surviving the fall damage when descending into the Hellmouth :-P.

Oh my God, is anyone else having Halo 3 flashbacks of the Traffic Cone and the guy who sniped himself on Zanzibat? This ranks right up there. Too bad there's no equivalent to Recon Helmets in Destiny.

But for future reference, for the beginning, we only had a hunter (me) fall down the hole and use Don't Touch Me to get through the beginning. The other 5 stayed at the top and got teleported past it when I finished it. But that was as a level 34, which is a little tougher than as a 40, so we were extra cautious.

It is not fall damage it is falling onto a team mate and being thrown against the rocks. (You should go in 3s apart so you can vacate the landing zone).
