It still amazes me to see people cry over the Thorn. I never saw anything wrong with it in the Thorn days and still don't today other than it has less range now and it hasn't been pulled fwd yet so I just have mine as a blueprint right now. The only thing good about the Thorn is the DOT other than that it still takes just as many shots as other guns to kill just as many head shots just as many body shots.

Never saw anything wrong with being able to hit someone 2 times and then just walk away knowing you get a kill?

Considering all the ways to counter the effects of the dot it rarely if ever happens for me especially since they nerfed it and I found it much easier just to shoot them the 3rd time if needed. If I am thinking correctly it is only 2 shots with final round procked also then you can walk away and let the dot finish them.
