About Warlocks...
Why did people start complaining about fire bolt now? Sunsinger came out with the beta (I think) and you waited a whole year to start complaining?! If it were an actual problem you would've nerfed it ages ago! And it isn't! So warlocks have been using this grenade since the start and you start complaining about it now! What the hell? Plus tell me what is OP about this year old grenade which no one noticed and people start randomly attacking it! WTF guys? It's not even that powerful! It just lasts a while! So does Voidwall grenade! And you can extend that to make it longer with a simple perk in nightstalker!

Every grenade has been complained about. Just like all the secondary and primaries so far lol

2 RespuestasIt's simple, it can be explained in one easy sentence: Nerf crybabies have ruined damn near every gun in the game plus 1 class (hammer time??) now they are moving into grenades. After firebolts it will be: Titan burn nades Axiom bolt nades Lightning nades Suppressor nades Arc bolt nades Skip nades Flux nades Trip mines And in 12 months time you will see the same people bitching about fire bolt nades again...

People need something to complain about sadly. If and when they change Warlock's they'll just move onto something else and bash on that.

I don't think it's just Warlocks, I have seen nerf threads on everything on this forum, people are just not getting the fact that when you nerf a popular weapon players will move onto the next popular weapon. The fact that there are so many different nerf threads on different weapons shows there is a lot of viable option in crucible right now.

7 RespuestasI suppose in itself it's not a problem but the balance becomes a bit questionable when you go up against 2 or more of them in Trials. It's just difficult to nerf since they are also part of the Super Ability. Nerf them and the Super becomes underwhelming.

3 RespuestasI'm vexed by the fact that Sunsingers somehow went from being the class that was mocked and undervalued (except in raids/nightfall) in Year 1 to somehow being OP in Crucible Year 2, even though practically nothing's really been changed or buffed within it. In fact, in Year 2, it has a shorter Super duration and slower melee/grenade energy regen during Radiance, even with nearly maxed Discipline/Strength and Heart of the Praxic Fire. All I see is people suddenly hating on its neutral game, yet, that's all it has. Its Super is practically geared towards that. Asking for nerfs to its neutral game is essentially asking for the Super itself to be rendered ineffective. Honestly, if the super was anything else, like the ability to hurl large fireballs at your opponents similar to the Taken Captains tossing those spheres of Darkness at you, or a barrage of small Solar projectiles similar to the Taken Wizards, people asking for nerfs to the other abilities wouldn't be such an issue.
