Edit: if there's no matchmaking due to the shared bounty mechanic SAY THAT! it's a perfectly acceptable reason.
Edit: and no weekly bounties from Shaxx? That's very disappointing. I assume this is due to restricted visual avenues or it's cheaper and faster than adding them somewhere else, but really? When will you learn taking things away to add things is not adding things.
Deej has made it very clear that petitions and posts here hold very little weight when it comes to effecting change in destiny. It's our playtime that speaks volumes.
If we want nightfall rewards improved we have to stop playing it. No more I was bored or want to just roll the slot machine because it's convenient. If you want better rewards STOP playing it or bungie will just say populations are fine there is no problem.
Crimson doubles...I would have played it if there was matchmaking. Bungie has given no reason for requiring us to match up prior besides the same tired excuse to play their way and bring in friends. The enrage actually helps less coordinated teams compete. Well I don't have that kind of time. I'll be able to play maybe a match or two at a time and win or lose if rather not waste some of it looking for people. I want to que and play.
So with no matchmaking I will not play it. No 320 ghost chance conveniently added as rewards will tempt me and I sure won't be finding any micro transactions that will likely be way over priced like the failure the srl log book was.
Anyways I don't think I can be more clear. No matchmaking = no playtime from me.
If you are against pvp events, if you are against no matchmaking, if you're against bungie manipulating playtime by finally adding reliable ghost chances to events only...
DO NOT PLAY IT!
-
Been having fun playing freelance I have a 320 ghost already no thanks
-
It's not that good or big of a event to boycott as we found out on launch.

2 RespuestasOrrrrr I'll play R6

3 RespuestasCan't believe those bounties were a one time thing. Finished them in a couple hours... I like the game mode alright. But this lack of MM severely limits the amount I can play. I'm not great in pvp and just don't want to go find people on LFG for what is casual, light level disabled pvp. That's so damn stupid! Srl had 100x better loot drops and much shorter matches. Ideal for a grind. I guess I should thank them for not making it easy to crack out on it!
-
5 RespuestasIt took all of 2 min to pick up a random from LFG. Won 10 out of 12 matches completed all bounties in 2 hours. With a dinner break half way through.
-
1 RespuestaI don't want matchmaking
-
2 RespuestasI am all for Crimson doubles, it's something new and team play but I am a "lone" pvp player and will not play the Crimson but what really really pisses me off about it is that all of shaxx weekly bounties are for Crimson only. Just a few days ago they said they were thinking about the lone players and will make it more suitable for us but then they take away a whole bunch of bounties that give decent loot and lots of rep from lone players and it's only for team players this week. Complete BS and I am honestly pissed about it
-
Bungie philosophy was and still is no matchmaking. Lets see how long that holds up once the division and overwatch release and steal away their entire fan base. People want convenience not a shit head developer telling them that they have to be in a clan or go on an lfg site to enjoy their game.

Editado por SpakulatorX: 2/10/2016 1:19:59 PMDid my raids yesterday, now I'm not coming back on destiny til this stupid event is over, since I can't do my weekly shaxx bounties.

9 RespuestasShares bounties are not a good reason for no matchmaking. No matchmaking, not participating.
-
2 RespuestasWhere's the option: "Just playing for shaders, then quitting this crapfest."
-
3 RespuestasEditado por PuRe Messoric: 2/10/2016 1:00:03 AMpeople ask for more content, they get a pvp event, they decide to boycott it. makes perfect sense, see you later with my now 50% rarer crimson doubles exclusive gear!
-
I don't even have to try to boycott it I don't have a partner, its locking me out anyway
-
1 RespuestaWhat will boycotting it do? Nothing. Will bungie even notice? No.
-
Bungie will no doubt post the numbers of deaths in Crimson Doubles and call it impressive.
-
1 RespuestaBoycott away. Doesn't make a bit of a difference whatsoever. When there's 55 posts asking where cryptarch shaders are and why they're unobtainable and there's not a single reply, do you think Bungie cares if you boycott? Doubtful.
-
Editado por SpakulatorX: 2/9/2016 9:38:17 PMAlready wasn't going to play crimson doubles, now I'm going to be done with destiny for the week since I can't do the crucible weekly bounties this week. Good move bungie

4 RespuestasHow don't you have friends to play with ?!? If you don't, go on team finder. Not hard
-
I'm not playing destiny anymore so I won't be playing. Moved on to other games
-
Never planned to participate. I'm primarily a PvP player now, but this one's getting a pass just like Sparrow Racing did.
-
yea i want matchmaking.. doubles is too intimate i dont want awkward small talk with some random from lfg, Most of my friend list is raid groups and i dont wanna have to rage quit on them
-
1 RespuestaI seriously threw up in my mouth when I saw this whole event announced. Please save money on antacids and just say no!
-
Editado por ringhillsta: 2/9/2016 10:51:20 AMLelz, i won't touch it since i have better games to play.

2 RespuestasEditado por Scorpius XX1: 2/9/2016 11:48:22 AMThis isn't going to do anything. Coming on here and yelling boycott and blah blah. They are aware, and they will fix it or they won't. In the meantime if you feel that strongly then don't play it. However I do agree with you. I can't believe they don't have matchmaking for something this ridiculous.

9 RespuestasThe problem is, there are about 3000 active forum users. Even if your petition reached all of us, and we were all 100% on board with you, the effect we have wouldn't be noticeable. That's why Deej said petitions hold no weight, because we represent such a small portion of the game.
