Lfg must be 317+ for hard mode
Shut the -blam!- up! Are you trying to tell me you were 315+ with a full 315+ group and and ran full hard mode with no hiccups? I just got out of a group where I was the lowest at 310 and ended up being the only one to -blam!-ing run torn worth a -blam!- and down my targets when needed.
310 is basically when you need to stop running normal and run hard, so why all this 315+ bullshit.
And don't say run banner or trials to light up, I ran the shit out of banner and only got a ghost and a shit sniper. The only real 100% way to hit hight light is to stack up a few pieces of gear on hard mode. Quit being an elitist.
So also same guys demanding that bullshit must be 315+ light with spindle and Tom and sleeper, and vexing mytho, and a void walker titan who also can use the storm caller super are the ones constantly bitching about this game.

With all the ways you could get 320 gear, there is no reason why anyone should be under 315 light. Blame yourselves.

People are dumb and don't realize that 311 is basically the same thing as 320 besides you may be able to take an extra hit or two.

I'm not worried so much about light level or specific guns but more about the attitude of the person. You're going to be spending quite some time with this person in the raid. I find that the more seasoned the player, the more difficult it can be to get them out of doing things a particular way. In essence, you end up listening to people arguing about how their way of doing things is the right way. With someone with a lower light level, you'll find they listen and follow instructions and they'll be less of a pain in the backside!

Weapons & Class doesn't matter. Bring good attitude & patience. May take hours, may not. Be prepared. Can't help but wonder how many would respond, and how many would actually have never done it.

We want clean and quick. Your role is usually discussed ONCE, at the beginning of each boss. And most conversation has little to do with the raid. There are times many of us help for nM/hM but, sometime we want to chill and shoot things. But, If you panties get in a bunch from all the salt your dripping, your not welcome in my 315+

I post 310+ with a minimum 1.2 pvp kd, if you're decent at pvp raiding is easy

I've created a forum post and the amount of negativity of others has made me a delicious omelet thanks to their responses ;) Just remember op to stay away from the negative mcnansy pants cause they are the ones that ruin the raid experience.

People are entitled to set whatever requirements they want if they're starting their own fireteam. If it upsets you so much then go start your own. I do a lot of random raids and there are just as many people with low or no requirements as there are wanting high. So man up and stop crying about it.

I'm not saying 315+ is needed however, if they are putting in the work of making a group, leading and finding replacements, they can demand whatever they want. If you don't meet it, who cares? Just find another or make your own.

My dad carried a level 290 through the warpriest challenge on hard, and he says that he died less than all the people in the group. They finished it and his light level went up to 305. Everything's possible :,)
