Quitting seems to be more prevalent in this iron banner than any before. Wondering what people's reasons were.
Can bungie fix this or is rift the problem?

I quit if my teammates are utter garbage

4 RespuestasIt's has always been an issue because there is no reward for losing. The only time I leave is if I join a game half way through since this is just unfair. The solution is pretty simple: 10 minute cool down if you leave any pvp match before you can do another activity
-
When it's extremely laggy

Editado por Hawaiin Breeze: 1/31/2016 10:33:06 AMIf my team isn't even going for the spark. Don't give a shit about helping ur k/d in a game mode k/d couldn't be more pointless in.
-
Where's the option for being put into a game on the losing team at 6000-19000? Cus -blam!- that
-
Never quit, play it out til the bitter end, win in lose ...quitting is pathetic
-
Editado por TrueMoses: 1/31/2016 9:57:36 AMMy ib experience never was as good as this time. Got all of my characters to rank 5 playing solo only. Never had more than 3 medallions. Almost no laggers too.

I leave when I hear a settlement is in danger. I then go to the general and mark it on his map!
-
I've left 1 time and 1 time only. It was a long time ago in year 1 on the Burning Shrine. Joined the match and I was the only player on my team!! I spawned and and the last thing I remember was seeing pradyths revenge in the right corner, and I left to orbit.
the score was like 12k to 2k.. Long before mercy rule was brought into the game.
Where's the "weasel" or "baboon" choice?

This is a matchmaking issue, which by the way the lag fixing on bungies (matchmaking)behalf...yes blows hot n cold. Same games ok next game red bar god mode..back out.

2 RespuestasI seen people quit on my party while we are winning

Rift is partialy to blame due to the huge score curve with the spark, though mostly its the entire way the matchmaking is set up, the game itself at a core level is unbalanced.
if it was balanced we wouldnt have METAs
Combine this unbalanced gameplay, with unbalanced matchmaking, with un-holy lag, with the shitiest teams possible. And you get cancer in the liver so potent the doctor is handing you a death certificate registered 3 months ago. So a bigger question is why would i intentionaly stay in the cess-pool that is destiny multiplayer any longer than i have to.
im 1.6 KD, maybe not the highest but when like 80% of the community averages 0.8 kd i feel like i can say keep the get güd in ur pants
I was in a ib match where it started 5 vs 1 then 6 vs 1 :/. guy didnt leave. Kept fighting :) Other played joined but mercy rule already kicked in.
-
Where is the "When Bungie gives me the baboon"
-
I don't think I've hit 5 losses in a row yet so I stick it out
-
Editado por Psyggie: 1/31/2016 9:41:56 AMHonestly? Never, but I can understand the 5 medallion thing if it's more than 8k difference
-
My dog was throwing up earlier. I left a game for that. Otherwise I just sit and bear through our embarrassing defeats. I hate quitting a game.
-
When I get too mad to even get a kill.
-
Playing on blak shield running with the spark and the doors don't open, get shot in the back. Haven't played since
-
1 RespuestaI leave when i get put in a game where my team has 3 people and is 10k points behind.
-
I don't leave unless the entire enemy team is blink shotgun or they have God lag, I actually like getting mercy ruled because it gives me a quick and easy medallion, I haven't even gotten 5 yet, I win most games so
-
I don't leave games unless my daughter wakes up or something. If I notice the game is going to be a loss regardless of my efforts I just start getting kills and try to raise my kd. Since leaving a match hurts your skill level
-
I never leave, I rather take the coin than no coin. Waiting in orbit takes to darn longgg.
-
I left the other day because of severe lag. That's when I leave. In this particular case their team had like 3 guys that were teleporting, not taking damage, and I think they got both heavy. So I was outty.
-
Depends. If I'm focusing on completing bounties that don't require winning, I'll stay, but if I'm trying to win and playing solo, but the team is hopelessly losing, I'll probably just leave if I'm sure we're gonna lose
