I have chosen not to play but not because of the game mode. Yes it is biased to teams but it's more than that. Most players would play and not drop out of matches if medallions were removed. Give the losing team their percentage of rep for participating so you still level up. No one is in it for the 260's blues you get in the loot drops. It's the level 5 package or the items you can purchase that everyone is after. This particular mode is going to accumulate losses beyond 5 medallions very quickly and the leveling gap between teams and solo players will be too large. Players with 5 medallions are also more likely to drop out of matches which makes it worse for the rest of the solo players on that team. It's just a failing scenario based on the current design for rep gain and it doesn't really have to be.
