Destiny is the best online co-op fps. Prove me wrong.
Go ahead, name another online co-op fps that could claim the title.
[spoiler]No really, please do. I'm looking for my next game to buy on the Xbox1.[/spoiler]
Destiny has great multiplayer mechanics that engage everyone on the team. Everyone must do their part or the team fails. I love that aspect; the fact that that you can encourage and build your fireteam to be able to accomplish the task at hand. Or just chill with an experienced team and enjoy the banter. Or just laugh and shake my head at the guy who just rage quit for whatever reason. I like the sci-fi aspect too. What's cooler than shooting things? Shooting things in space, that's what.
That and more make me like this game in spite of its flaws. It's the people I play with, the community. The camaraderie.
Seeing a lot of good marks for the Borderlands series.
There seems to be an uncommon amount of rational conversing going on here.

I still think Battlefield 4 is better also the support that Dice give is amazing.. they are still bringing out new maps and updates for that game.

Left for Dead 1 and 2? Team Fortress 1 and 2? Borderlands series? Overwatch? Battlefront 2 and The current one?

This game is more arcade style pvp than actual combat. Rainbow Six Siege and Battlefield top it in terms of coop PvP

Borderlands is better for coop however Destiny fills in the void for me with pvp.

4 RespuestasIn terms of shooting mechanics, Destiny is outstanding. But, Halo 2 was my favorite FPS of all time. I re-played the hell out of the New Mombassa mission and had loads of fun with my cousin playing co-op or in private lobbies.

Halo 5 has been fun as a recent game. Companions don't count as "co-op" or I would list fallout 4. But that game also has a ton of issues that wouldn't make me chose it.

10 RespuestasIt's probably one of the greatest games ever. Even with all its flaws. I hate to admit that it's dying quicker every day as bungie keeps doing things wrong. Every thing they have done in year 2 is a step backwards from year one.
