Since when? They did it in HoW I don't see why they can't make a quest for it that invokes getting its y1 version by doing hard raid and praying to RNGesus

Yeah. And they do as the raid weapons are subpar and have been since TDB. Raid weapons have rarely been apart of the main meta. Why would it matter?
