Remember when this played in orbit. Those were the good old days.
Edit 1: Trending? Wow. Honestly, this song STILL does play in orbit and in the Tower, but you have to wait for at least half-an-hour to hear it. And, you're usually in another game or playing another activity by then.
Edit 2: This goes for any game: The music makes 50% of the gameplay.

I could get on a bump-train to get this put back to #1 and title
-
I was so upset when the removed the Destiny motif from the title screen and replaced it with the generic rubbish there now. That theme was the symbol of Destiny in audio form - it had the potential to become as recognisable as Halo's monk chant.
-
1 RespuestaBump for later?
-
10x better than what they play now.
-
1 Respuesta'To all the vets out there...' Keep making all those cows, dogs, horses, sheep and donkeys better or they'll die.
-
Yes yes! That's a good one! Music does make a game. Definitely like the older music than the new stuff. Wish they would play more of the old stuff without the wait
-
So much better than it is nowadays.
-
So true, man. I've played this game since the dark below and it still feels like forever ago.
-
1 RespuestaI remember these times well. I don't care how many people hate on this game, I'm playing destiny until she finally ends in 10 years.

2 RespuestasGuys...I miss Y1! I feel like crying! Should I seek help!!??
-
4 RespuestasThis was back when the, "It's gonna get better." faith was strong.
-
Hours and hours hearing this choir. Good days.
-
6 RespuestasThe music made the game seem a lot more free and adventurous. When 2.0 came out at first I thought it was cool how it went to a sort of darker tone to signify Oryx's arrival. They need to bring it back, they can't just let all of Marty's work go away.
-
I hear this song every single time I play this game. Which is very often

Editado por VectorTwoFive: 1/13/2016 4:52:17 AMYou know how in the more recent Starcraft games if you go into settings you have the option to adjust the soundtrack to play from the original or its expansions, the latest games or all of the above? Destiny needs this. The nostalgia this track brings is so visceral! Good times.
-
1 RespuestaWow I've been playing since launch and didnt even realize the orbit music changed in Year 2 haha
-
that nostalgia though... :')

Editado por mus: 1/12/2016 1:36:06 AMWow I got the shivers when it started lol

3 RespuestasThe thing that made Crotas End and Vault of Glass so amazing were the actual need of the gear. You pretty much HAD to run full raid gear to be a high level, you couldn't infuse to something else.
-
1 RespuestaIts Biblical...........(and starts off the feeling of the game in the right way).........Makes you want to jump in with your guardian, go off on a crusade against the Darkness..running into battle to help your fellow Guardians.........'In the name of God, St Michael and St George, I give you the right to bear arms and the power to mete justice!'............
-
Ah yes...memories.
-
This song brings back so many good memories of my >20 days... I miss being clueless.

2 RespuestasEditado por Erijian: 1/12/2016 12:47:43 AMOld title screen music was far better too, in my opinion. "Guardian" and Excerpt from "The Hope" made waiting for the game to load or updates to download pretty tolerable.
