No, Vex Mythoclast is stuck in time. It doesn't need to be brought into the future.

Bungie even stated that it's supposed to be "stuck in time". I'd actually be a little mad they bring it back because I value it as a VOG Y1 only weapon. It has it's place.

But they have brought it up before. Can't see why they can't. They said all y1 exotics are coming except for gally.

Vex was already said before it wouldn't be brought back up to power. They mentioned it a couple different times.
