2 RespuestasAny and every mmo has had more of a pain in loot/grind, I guess most of the teenagers posting hasn't played an mmo yet. They are games built for long play/grinds built in, that's why people play still after a year when a normal ps4 game lasts a month or 2, heck Most people I know already shelved fallout4 as we did everything

9 RespuestasI see there's still idiots like you here who like making pointless posts complaining about the game because you think your opinion or thoughts are oh so important. If it's that bad stop playing.

For me it was Monster Hunter 3 and 4 for the 3DS, I got real into it and enjoyed playing it a lot with my friends. Now that I think about it, I really want to get back into it again to get some new armor or weapons :)

5 RespuestasDiablo 3 still enjoyable though I like rng game where loot isn't just handed over easily, Warhammer online when it was new I was actually one of the lucky first to get the best rewards from taking keeps.

2 RespuestasHave you ever played anything on PC with a progression system and loot tables? Especially asian ones? Diablo III made it to consoles..so you may know it. You can go look up how the loot system was for the first year where you needed to grind for days to get one extra stat point or two. And Diablo III is a casual multiplayer rpg compared to many. The current problem with destiny's loot is the lack of variety; too few exotics, too few unique perks and useful perks. Drop rates would be fine if there waa more variety.

11 RespuestasWell, I think games wasting time is pretty typical, but my biggest problem is that Destiny often makes me fully aware that I'm wasting my time. I think it's because Bungie put such an emphasis on squeezing every bit of juice of out minimal content instead of simply creating lots of content for us to enjoy, and then they tried to sell it as something it's not. Take the Dreadnaught for instance. At first, it was impressive. There was lots going on, and it was full of secrets to find and nooks and crannies to explore. It didn't take long to understand that the Dreadnaught was maybe half the size of our other destinations, there weren't many secrets (almost none that were meaningful), and the nooks and crannies had nothing in them. Or maybe a better example: weapons. On first look, you see hundreds if not thousands of weapons to play with. Look at all the toys! But it doesn't take long before you figure out that X gun looks, feels, sounds, and performs almost exactly the same as Y gun you already decided you didn't like and that it's actually just the same gun, reskinned, with the dials tweaked slightly. Realizing this, the illusion of variety evaporates, and concurrently, so does any idea that there exists a gun that will feel unique to you. And, if you do happen to find something you really like and that feels unique to you (unlike me), it'll probably be an exotic and, therefore, weighed down by the arbitrary one-exotic limitation. [trollface.gif] I do very much like the game, but it's hard to not feel like portions of it get watered down quickly. Activities and content lose their luster. Then the veil drops and the grind becomes apparent.
