Bounties seems fine but should only allow/require you to pick up 2 or 3 for the completion for the reward, that way no matter how you like to play you can choose what you want to do instead of having to play game modes you don't enjoy. Edit: The broad location idea wouldn't work because Xur is suppose to be easily accessible after a short search. Casual players wouldn't be able to easily make use of xur, and most likely miss out.
