For some reason when you said "I would like Xur to change", I figured you meant outfit-wise. Here are some potential new outfits for Xur.
Tuxedo with silver spangled cummerbund and bowtie.
Short pants suit and striped tie, a la that AC/DC guitarist.
Flesh-colored jumpsuit so it looks like he's naked at a distance.
Oryx mask. Or maybe a full Oryx costume.
Green Bay Packers gear, complete with Cheesehead.
Fuschia thong underwear.
Bright yellow Pikachu outfit.
