The bounties for the 9 is the logical step here.
Can you implement silver?
Paying 1000 silver gets you a Nine bounty, which allows you a Year 1 upgraded to Year 2
Because obviously Bungie won't do it if you can't make them money

I actually think it was Activision that wanted the silver if you remember in year one bungie wanted all the dlc to be free Then again a lot could have changed when I didn't long on for like half a year
