Everything about this post awesome. Except for #2. And glass needles are pretttttyyyyyy useful. Sometimes you can't get over that 4th or 5th cap for intellect or whatever you are going for. It's pretty useful to stat change. #1 - Yes. Tower his locations could change. For the people that actually look for him each week it could be a refreshing change, or a frustrating one. But for anyone who uses the Where is Xur? app, his locations means nothing. #2 - No vendor should sell gear above the 280 purchasable light level. That number is 280 for a reason, The higher the light level is from vendor sources, the less activity you will see in things like the raid, Trials of Osiris, SRL (even though it felt a little drawn out being only 2 maps). #3 - Giving exotics for doing bounties would be dumb. Sure we have them now, but its a couple quest lines that require a great deal of dedication to get to the end reward. HOWEVER........... If you were to receive maybe 2 Exotic Shards, that would be a much better fitting reward. #4 - Shaders are a good idea. Gun shaders too. Weapons hardly match more than a couple shaders, and there is like 140 shaders or something. Simply allowing us to use those for our cloaks and weapons would make appearances much more personalized. Understandably there quite a bit of work to do going into that. A lot of code rewriting and art designing. But, you make video games. That's what you do. #5 - Legacy engrams. Any change to the way those legacy engrams work would be welcomed, haha. The price doesn't have to go down. But the availability should go up.
