-Not too sure on his locations, as that is primarily cosmetic only. If he's made too hard to find, some probably won't bother to try then. -Would be nice for him to sell gear higher than 280, but I understand if he sold stuff leveled at 310 or higher, people wouldn't bother doing the raids then. -The bounty system feels unnecessary for him as he's only around for 2 days. Most people only go to him once, buy what they want/need and that's it. -I do like the idea of Xur selling exclusive shaders, but maybe not for 25 strange coins. Maybe less or for motes of light instead since those are much easier to get than coins now. -He shouldn't sell the legacy engrams in general. Just does not feel right to buy a year 1 version of an exotic, especially when it's the most expensive thing in Xur's inventory at around 31 strange coins compared to 23 for a year 2 weapon he has.
