The band name is: Dead Orbit Alliance If you search for it and find it, please ask for an invitation to join. I'm sorry that you're having this problem. I've never run into it before so I'm not sure what's up.

Assuming that you are using the app, you could instead try using Band on a computer, not using the app and log in there. You can try a search on Band, on your computer and see if that works.
