Anyone else having these issues with their Bladedancer?
Arc Blade hits not registering. I've literally hit someone 3 times before they finally die.
Grenades feel underwhelming and lack killing potential.
You're ripped to pieces while in your super. I've been massacred lately while in my super.
Blink seems extremely unresponsive and difficult to use.
What's going on here? The Bladedancer used to be my favorite class. Why is it every patch it seems like Bladedancers are getting worse thanks to bugs and over nerfed abilities. This doesn't bode well for the future =(
*Edit* lots of great responses! Glad to see the community mostly agrees on this subject. We've been done a major injustice lately but with the Titan nerfs and all the recent changes I can't complain much. I mostly want my hits to register a kill that's the biggest issue. Thanks everyone!

I just tried using every possible combination of perks in PoE and I was [i]still[/i] being outperformed by the guy with blue gear and an [u]unleveled[/u] stormcaller. I managed to spawn 4 orbs in one super though, so there's that. Oh yeah, Necro-Bump.

10 RespuestasMany stealth nerfs were given in 2.0. FUU the patch notes, smart players can tell exactly what happened and notice not only timing but exact numbers as well -Horrid hit detection on ALL melees --not a small chance either, expect it every match a couple of times, especially on mobile opponents -Inconsistent blink or jump glitches --blink not coving expected distance or height --quickdraw not functioning after any jump or even after the blink cooldown which is essentially an attempt to make players play slowly with 2X cooldowns --immediate drops after blinking, u get pulled down in random instances very quickly which can put u in a line of sight again -Super duration was cut -Bladedance lunge distance cut significantly along with run speed --any player can float away or jump away without any issues --running away from any bladedancer is also a viable counter --hit detection on blade strikes are unreliable and do cause failed hits even with noise activations of landed hits, good connection on both players matters not; much worse and noticeable against laggy players --so called tracking is extremely weak and useless with the distance and current bdancer speed -Arcbolt is the ONLY grenade which deals less damage after u die or if geometry in environments glitch it, activation time is also slower since 2.0 dropped! Its so dang noticable to see it activate so slow when it could've saved u... The entire class was SLOWED DOWN in many ways without a warning from bungies devs -_- Its easily the worst super and of no specialty since bungie nerfed mobility on the hunter class greatly. Its suicide to use it against decent players, u won't do anything against good players or other supers even in close range...

Seems some melee triggered hits are very buggy, with shoulder charge not hitting or scorch melee hitting from very odd angles and distances, then the bug filled arc blade. Bungie needs to focus on this

2 RespuestasI got killed by more bladedancer hunters in trials than I have anything else. Tell those guys their class is buggy and they'd laugh at you and tell you to "get good." Hit detection is bugged for everyone, not just you. Shoulder barge and flame strike are just as awful. Be happy your still excellent super is backed by an awesome neutral game.

They have been better recently. I got 5 kills with a single arc blade today.

Like most of the character supers, the Arc Blade is still kind of fun to mess around with when facing large mobs if low level trash...but that's about it. Bungie completely neutered all the supers because of PVP.

Yeah it's weird, but I find having blink equipped helps tremendously. I can get behind them a lot, or close enough to force a register. It's still out of wack, I can only pop it now knowing I'm going to die because I have to get so close. It's also helpful knowing all I have to do against my own kind is to time my jumps well and shotty/melee to trade out.

2 RespuestasThe only problem is the short stopping in arc blade, thats it, not a thing more. The grenades are honestly pretty damn good...skip grenades are definitely the best option. I mean they track and leave an opponent damn near absolute. If youre getting ripped to pieces as a bladedancer...i mean thats your fault.

Grenades have always sucked except the trip grenade and the Lightning grenade

I haven't noticed any problems now i dont main a hunter but i like blink so i use it when i run hunter (i do IB with my hunter)

Melee hit detection is off for all classes. Sorry your super relies on it

We just got so spoiled by the Sunbreakers and Stormcallers insane abilities to clean up entire teams, that Arcblade just feels weak. You can get about 4 kills with your arcblade super energy. Which was a lot in Y1, not so much Y2.

2 RespuestasYa, I have had the blink strike problem too, I will attack and it will use up the special, but it seems like it doesn't but them and they kill me. Also on the sticky grenades, I have had a sticky grenade bounce of an enemy.
