Let me break it down for everyone, because I really am not sure why it's so confusing.
Graviton Forfeit (GF) enables a specific subclass perk for free.
Twilight Garrison (TG) actually gives a new ability that isn't on any skill tree. The two items and their respective perks are not equal.
The closest equivalent to GF (for titans)is the Eternal Warrior, which enables Unstoppable, for free. It only works on Striker.
No one is complaining about the Empyrean Bellicose. It does the same thing that TG AND the Armamentarium does in regards to it's exotic perk: They give abilities that do not exist on any subclass allowing use by all subclasses.
If you Hunters want GF's shadestep to unlock on all subclasses with the helmet equipped, it needs to be removed from the subclass.
Feel free to discuss, but I don't see that changing.

2 RespuestasAs for the exotics themselves i won't bother trying to compare them but I will say I wish shade step was faster and more instantaneous like the TG. I feel like the rolling motion is a little played out and doesn't really cover ground all that well. The whole night stalker subclass seems a little slow motioned for the agile class. While the tether isn't instnt like gg, at least due to the drawing of the bow animation, the time it takes for the tether to hit the ground and register then start tethering is a bit weak. "Well you have to predict your opponents and tether choke points" and while yes, the super isn't based around getting quiver kill shots, the times you need your tether the most is in the unpredictable moments and a lot of times by the time your target is tethered you can very well end up dead. I'm digressing here but I just think NS should be quick and unpredictable just like TG is built around. Tether should be near instant and shade step should be faster/cover more ground. I'm on the wrong topic for asking this because this is anti_hunter territory, but agility is the least played out aspect of the game and that's what hunters should be based around. Rather than sheer power make it quick with finesse. TL;DR shadestep should be faster/should cover more ground, tether should be faster itself: not the actual shot but the tether of the shot, agility needs more emphasis. I apologize in advance if this seems like whining. TG is an amazing exotic and is everything I expected in shadestep but seems better than what shadestep is.

Editado por Maulecule: 12/19/2015 6:22:09 AMI have Graviton Forfeit on my hunter equipped all the time and yet i still never use shadestep when I play my hunter. Guess I need to git gud.

Twilight is better

3 RespuestasEditado por TheWickedZaku: 12/19/2015 1:31:52 AMNo explanation needed. Titans finally have an evade and everyone else doesn't want that. Just like titans finally had a super to be feared. Look what happen to that. Don't worry they will get it nerfed. Probably a ten minute cool down between each dodge Also hunters have arms that make all subclasses invisible. Sure they are not year 2 as of yet but they can still be used.

2 RespuestasEditado por MrPoPo33: 12/19/2015 1:01:21 AMI don't get why I can't get unstoppable on my defender! :( WTF bungie!?!?!
-
6 RespuestasI just think that since Warlocks and Titans have exotics that make a super perk intrinsic, Hunters should too. I mean, Bungie already ignores armor/recovery/agility stats pretty much and tries to make those even, so why not let Graviton Forfeit unlock a super perk?

Actually immolation fists unlock a sunbreaker perk as well js

1 Respuestawell ram has a perk that no other class has. also hunters have bones of ao which no other class have to boost their jump. imagine if warlocks had bones of ao with glide... that would be amazing.

1 RespuestaStop bitching so many whingers on the forums get over it it's a game.

2 RespuestasWhat's more is that no other class gets to have abilities from other classes like titans with EB (Warlocks Angel of Light). And TG gives a total new ability!
-
8 RespuestasGraviton gives you a perk from the subclass skill tree while twilight gives an ability that no subclass has so imo they're uncomperable

2 RespuestasHow about this. You have to be in the air for the TL garrison to work. ...The only thing I think tho is they need to nerf the ugliness of the TLG. Too ugly pls nerf.

1 RespuestaTG is not bound to a specific subclass
-
6 RespuestasJust one question: - shadestep has a (small) cooldown. - Does Twilight garrison have one?
