I swear to God, IGN are the most dumb people on the planet.
They gave Just Cause 3 a 5 because of occasional framerate drops.
They still fanboy Sony.
They still get payed to give bad games high scores.
And now this?
They aren't even reviewers or gamers, just uninformed, stupid people.

In all honesty, it probably deserved a 6 in my book. The story is crap, gameplay is hilariously bad and over the top. It's a fun game to run around and blow everything to kingdom come, but not surprised it got a bad review. Thinking objectively, it's a hilariously fun game, but bottom line it's kind of a joke of a game.
