SRL record Book Exploit
Hey there,
So it seems, much to the annoyance of some who have bought this item, that you can get the rewards from the book without actually spending the 1000 silver. This kinda seems like a pretty major bug that people can exploit, and so I thought that it would be worth mentioning.

3 RespuestasEditado por Romney57: 12/10/2015 1:31:48 PMOkay so Bungie patched the exploit and vindictivly denied anyone who got any of the not so good goodies, lol I find this really sad for two reasons: Bungie caused those who brought the book to be very much let down and feeling ripped off(you are anyway with microtransactions) that they did not test this product robustly enough before launch and for those that used the book not knowing whether it was an exploit or not and got some not so good goodies only to have them blocked retrospectivly, oh so nasty Bungie. Micro transactions should not be part of this game full stop. Introducing microtransactions into a game after a year or so is crafty and smacks of profiteering, you are not short of a few bucks are you Bungie???? Is this the reason you will not fix my account and have left me with a laggy, glitchy below par game??? Even your representives and spokespeople have shown us what you really think of your customers, not good bungie. Now go and fix my account so I can play this game as an equal to everyone else; Oh! and don't fanboy fcuk this post !!!

Badge you have to use when u go on the missions that cost 2.99 each so if u do get a reward u can keep it? My god. I hate 343 and y are making them look like saints. Bungie is dead.

5 RespuestasGotta laugh about this. Destiny has been plagued with issues since launch yet they rush to fix a problem where a micro transaction item drops for free. If only they cared about the quality of their game or their customers as much as they do about their bottom line.

They patched it today, anyone who used the exploit can keep the items in their inventory BUT...they can't equip them unless they buy the book.....slap on the wrist if you ask me. They should have their SRL status reset and banded from racing until the next event......IF there's a next event@

Once this is resolved, those who bought the book should be given something in addition to the book rewards. Something worth the 1000 silver, not a free horn package.

So instead of me spending my $10.00 on 2 emotes that I really wanted I bought the record book instead for exclusive armor, shader ect, only to find this out!!! I'm heated right now to say the least! By the way could some reply to this so I can check on this subject periodically for any updates from Bungie.

The addiction is not real enough for me to get a new profile and go through the hassle of Destiny again..
