[b]Vision 47[/b]: is in the Hall of Wisdom (on the Moon, on your way to the Shrine of Oryx) where the wolf scavengers are located. The power cables above you are not actual solid objects and you can walk through them. The "Vision 47" ghost is located their, up in the cables.
