If you snipe in PvP you are a scrub
Sniper have the biggest hit box, highest aim assist. People who think they are good when they hide like cowards across the map, are nothing but scrubs that can't get kills with anything else.
Learn what a primary is and get good.
EDIT: Wow so many scrubs defending there crutches.
EDIT 2: Why people think i care about KD is so funny.
Edit 3: If any of you bothered to actually check you would see every single sniper in the game has the potential to have aim assist at min 75/100 or higher, making them the favorite of all scrubs who can't get a kill any other way.

It's not that hard to avoid getting sniped, you can get some easy kills if you think for once and flank the campers instead of complaint about them. Every place has sniper lanes. Be cautious of them.

Had the same feeling after getting destroyed from a sniper in PvP. But then I realized I just sucked at PvP after playing Fallout 4 for 4 weeks. Yes, snipers are OP in [b]skilled[/b] hands, otherwise I don't think their op at all.

I snipe and I get beat about 50% of the time. It's obvious that it takes skill. Yeah, there are some cheap shots with superb target acquisition but overall the people who out-sniped me are better at it. Now those guys that run around in circles with a shotgun on the other hand...

Based on your laughable stats, it seems like you play without a TV. Seriously, you're terrible. I don't mean bad. I mean awful. Really awful. The kind of awful that frustrates other players that were unlucky enough to be paired up with you. Some advice... If you want to get better at this game, play something else. This isn't for you.
