I made a few posts a few weeks ago stating I was done, and the game was dead IMO.
Still stand by that. Haven't played since.
And I don't feel I want or need to.
I always come back to Halo for the PvP, Fallout for the fun and quests, and JC3 for the destruction.
I don't feel that with Destiny anymore.
I love (or loved) this game
I stood by bungie for all of year one.
And I can't anymore.
Edit: People assume I hate the game. I assure you that is not the case, I just see the potential it has and wish to see it fulfilled.
Edit 2: Before you post, re-read. This isn't a bitching post, this is a post that is trying to explain my frustration with this games potential.

You were never "obligated" to play
-
Always play for the fun of it, never make it feel like a chore or you aren't living in the moment but for the outcome. Good luck in whatever you play, happiness in gaming is never relying on one game to fulfill all your expectations. Video games just aren't there yet.
-
Same i stopped playing early November and it honestly feels good. Im occupied with Halo 5 and Black Ops 3. Im done with Destiny, well maybe until Destiny 2
-
I'm glad you don't feel obligated to play a video game.
-
1 RespuestaI just ate some cheesecake
-
I played yesterday and this morning before work. I probably won't get a chance to play tonight though. This is the thread for useless posts right?
-
2 RespuestasDo you feel obligated to keep posting your current destiny playing status? dude seriously no one cares that you havent played for 3 weeks, no one cared 3 weeks ago when you decided to stop playing. I get the frustration, this game has sooooo much potential but its still not that bad a gameas it is and its still enjoyable to play (at times) *also you are not obligated to play destiny, you choose if you want to or not. no obligation, no one holding a gun to your end, no contracts signed saying you have to play, your choice to do what you want
-
"Obligated" and "play" are mutually exclusive.
-
Too many people have unreal expectations of games today. A person gets literally hundreds of hours of game play out of Destiny and when they get tired of it they blame the developer. It's so simple to take a break. Do something else, play a different game and come back when new content is released.
-
Don't play it than!! Simple as that! I quit for 3 weeks and came back to it and am enjoying it again.
-
Tldr.... But you shouldn't ever feel obligated to play a game lol loser
-
When people make posts like this, What is the purpose? Is it like a triple A thing?
-
You mention all those games, saying each has an aspect that Destiny has
-
1 RespuestaSays he "always" comes back to JC3 for destruction...6 days after it comes out...
-
Thats nice. Gtfo
-
Maybe you always want to go back to play Just Cause 2? 3 came out few days ago.
-
Leave the forums too please
-
Bungie jedi'd the -blam!- outta OP..... "these aren't the droids you're looking for."
-

6 RespuestasI'm in the same boat mate. How did you feel when you heard about sparrow racing? Did it make you wanna go back a little? It made me think how desperate bungie must be for players to finally implement something that has been asked for since day one, tragic.

2 RespuestasDo you know what obligated means? Nobody is obligated to play anything.
-
Then stfu an get off the forums.
-
2 RespuestasOh god. You want attention. People generally just stop playing games when they get burnt they don't gerneraly do some Stephanie Myers 12 yo girl prose piece to tell the world. Its a game not life or death of you really feel this strongly about it...get a life man it's a game not a girl you've been with for 5 years...
-
And why should we care that you're disappointed? I get that you're not complaining, but do you really think we honestly care? Good, you stopped playing the game. Why again did you come back to tell us that?
