I'm looking for team members that play destiny for its multiplayer and in particular the competitive trials playlist. I go flawless every week i play this game, regardless of map, and the players i play with. After obtaining flawless i continue to play the playlist helping others get to the lighthouse. The mentioned mentality is what i'm looking for. I want players who play trials for its competitive atmosphere and not just to go flawless. Team players should be helping other members throughout the weekend to obtain flawless. The trials playlist is both our competing and practicing ground so this is where you must prove yourself as a valuable asset to the team. We use an app called groupme to easily stay connected among one another. The app allows us to set up match times cutting down the wait time needed to find players for destiny activities. The team contains 18 squad members and i'm looking to expand the team This is a new and growing team so changes to the squad will be occurring until i can find 12 to 15 solid trials players. I care little about your KD as long as it's not horrendous and preferably positive. I value team players, good communication, active team members, basic awareness of your surroundings, ability to pinch, etc. Some of the mentioned stuff can be taught, but i can't teach gun skill. If you don't posses the gun skill ability to defeat teams consistently in the Trials of Osiris playlist than this is not the right squad for you. If you're tired of searching for pvp players on the forums in hopes of finding decent players or one with a mic then consider joining the team. Everyone is held accountable for their performance. Consistent poor playing players will be asked to leave while good players will be noticed. You will have more than enough opportunities to show improvement over time. I acknowledge and respect all play styles so if you're a sniper then snipe, a flanker then flank, etc. As a student working a full time job i can understand that people have things going on in their lives which can restrain them from being on for days or certain times of the day. Just try to be on a couple times a week or be active in team chats so we know who's going to be on and when is some basic requirements for the squad. The app allows players to form chemistry with one-another as they will consistently be practicing and playing competitive matches together.
