I don't get the love for Icebreaker. It was heavily ammo crippled, even with the regen. One bullet every 5 seconds vs 24 bullets at your disposal instantly with other snipers. Sigh.

Yeah but you couldn't beat the explosions... I agree with you tho, when in VoG oracles people would use IB, I would use Praedyth's Revenge for the instant bullets and Oracle disruptor.
