We use Band for all group communication and scheduling. We have our own clan LFG (looking for group) and a trials chat for finding a sweaty trials team. We have monthly raid competitions with prizes. We also have a group scheduling calendar that is used by everyone in the Band. Need a fire team? Make an event on the calendar and other members can rsvp to your raid. Have a question? Ask in the general chat and get an answer. No salt here, no petty bickering. Everyone is friendly and willing to help. Most Everyone on band has raided with each other and can assemble a raid team quickly. We have a very active admin that checks and posts all day every day.
