Do all 3 on the same character.
Get one sword on the quest up to the gather planetary materials stage.
Put other sword on the [i]same character[/i], infuse to 280 and fill in the bubbles.
Go to crucible guy and he will put the same character on the gather materials quest for those two swords also.
Letting you skip the guardians in crucible quest and killing that one knight on patrol.

I can confirm you can do it this way. I have all three swords (or I am on the final quest), and only did the crucible part once.
