I mean I'd pay for an elemental primary.

:Wow, over 400 comments. Mostly negative, but I'm just tired of grinding. The grind is old, played, and boring.

4 RespuestasNo weapons, however I would like for Eververse to sell weapons and ship skins. Just cosmetic, or maybe just a crazy looking gun to replace an existing one. Like a vex leg or arm visually but it would still be lets just say a "next big thing" shotty by stats etc. Or make a paint shop for purchase to create your own skins for guns, ships, or sparrows. No competitive advantage just something different for those who get bored of the same old stuff.

1 RespuestaNever. Bungie stated that Her trading co is simply a cosmetic store and will not provide anything that will help boost your character, and i dont want this to become a pay to win game

2 RespuestasI think the community has spoken! What I would add is, if you don't like the grind, your playing the wrong game. This is where those rpg elements come in. It's easy to beat the "story" however the real game comes from the grind if you want to max out a character. Raids, trials and ib are all in the game just to make you come back for more. It's an addiction!

They will sell them when they want people to quit
-
Not sure. Hopefully never. I'd hate to quit this game that I've put so much time into. It's not that I can't afford whatever bullshit they try to sell me it's just that I wont. Microtransactions belong in free to play pc and mobile games. Not big console titles. Csgo? Sure, -blam!- yea. App store/Google play store games? Sure. Destiny? No. Not at all.

1 RespuestaDestiny hopfully never becomes a pay to win game
-
When Destiny is an unsalvagble wreck, whose only remaining playerbase are the same people who inexplicably spend money on mobile games. Until then, cosmetics are the only thing you need to be able to spend money on.
-
Styrofoam weapons for everyone!
-
They'll sell them shortly before 90% of the playerbase leaves.

3 RespuestasYou won't get anything but hate for this. People need to feel that the time they spend in this game 'means' something, and allowing somebody to achieve the same result from investing money instead of time renders all of their grinding meaningless and actually counterproductive (since spending time earning money can be used for something other than rewards/status in Destiny, while spending time grinding in Destiny can only ever lead to rewards in Destiny). There's a ton of talk about level playing fields, but no matter what we're all on the same level playing field. We all have 24 hours in a day. Some of us spend it grinding for money, some of us spend it grinding for Destiny loot. If people can trade their money for Destiny loot I fail to see how it affects people who trade their time for Destiny loot. The former already traded their time for money, so who cares? I used to think that people spending money to gain some perceived advantage in a game was terribly unfair, then I grew up. Anyone who thinks that using money to gain advantage in a video game is horrible is going to get quite a shock when they realize that money can be used to gain advantage in ways a lot more meaningful than Destiny loot.

4 RespuestasChrist people it is a game, how would my buying a cool weapon that never drops for me hurt you. Some people do not have all day to grind. The worst it could possibly do is create an even playing field.
-
I'd be ok with that.

That what Xur is for!

-blam!- that

Editado por IS0M0RPHIC: 10/31/2015 12:32:56 AMIf the grind is old, played, and boring STOP PLAYING THE GAME. Eververse selling a weapon of any kind would make this game pay to win (meaning a lot of people will quit instantly)
-
1 RespuestaI wouldn't mind weapon skins, or different sights/scopes(with no stat boosts and other alternations obviously.) That's about it though.
-
NO. JUST NO

When Destiny has basically died and maintaining a large player base is no longer relevant.

I do have a visa....

I'd pay for a foundry weapon pack. Like from Daito or one of the other less known makers. I have no idea how you could make it so they aren't OP (pay to win) but still desirable. Maybe where they are legendaries but at light level 200 and you'd have to infuse them? I don't know.

2 RespuestasNever hopefully. I think bungie said eververse wouldn't effect gameplay
