I have gotten 5 or 6 of them and they all suck. I don't understand how this is news or a big deal. None of the strike specifics (even ones with high praise like Omnigul's pulse or Psion's scout) are really worth all the hype.

I wish there was some way to force rng into giving you the strike specific stuff Say you complete the strike 20 times that 20 time should force rng to give you the weapon after that it should return to normal rng
