Firstly, I would like to state that I have all 3 classes at 290+ light. It doesn't, but let's play pretend: 1) I can't use my super because I have to save it for the titan, the titan can use his at any time. EG: He can get 3 kills before I run into him, I can't use mine at all before I run into him. 2) mine is hardly capable of getting 2-3 kills, provides no damage resist, and lasts 10 seconds. The titan's can get 4-7 kills, lasts twice as long, provides double damage resistance, and heals him with every kill he makes. 3) your super has the collision size of a friggin minivan, my super will often miss because the collision is literally the size of an arrow. I've had shots that the aim-assist for the shot actually messed-up because I was trying to lead the arrow and it angled it behind the moving target. [quote]Apparently sun breaker has a ton of HP. Even activating it often scares off any potential targets because of how close you have to be. You also forgot the part where your hammers explode even if they're 5 feet away from the intended target. ...AND the part where your personal inability to aim does not define the power of your super. They are NOT BALANCED and saying they are is either denial or ignorance. You can play Sunbreaker all you'd like, people will hate you, but that's your right to do so. What bothers me is that you don't even have the balls to admit that you're taking advantage of a broken game mechanic.

  • Nailed it, and I'm not a butthurt hunter either...I don't mind getting killed when I come upon a SB with his super...that's what I get for playing with no sound, I just hate it when I come around the corner and the hammer passes 5 feet from me and I die, or when I am behind him 5 feet away and hit him with 4 shotgun blasts and a melee and don't even break his shield let alone kill him, or if the hammer hits 10 feet away because the SB can't aim and it still kills me. But I take solace in the fact that they are a crutch using scrub that had no kills before their super and won't get any after their super...just a shame they dropped orbs to chain their buddies supers... ...oh, and I suck at this game but still manage to stick my crutch (shotgun) up their starfish and pull the trigger for the rest of the match... ...and I'm a salty scrub...

  • Its such a shame that all this work you did will be drowned out by people calling you a 'butthurt hunter'. I personally think bungie should remove all damage resistance from all supers except bladedancer and radiant skin, but reduce the amount of damage needed to kill them down to the same as a revive shield.

  • Hunter gets a little bonus resistance only while bow animation is active. Also you could've mentioned how sunbreakers can get an over shield upon hammer activation

  • Shadow shot does have armor. Ive seen it too many times when a hunter is using quiver and is doing the animation, they can survive 1 hammer's aoe or several gun shots then usual. I will never understand why hunters never notice this.

  • The forums are drowning in hunter tears right now. Blade dancer was WAY worse, all you had to do was spam r1. Titans actually have to aim the hammers. Blade dancer would just randomly lock on to people. I'd get kills on guys I didn't even know were there.
