Since destiny is going pay to win..
Might as well start farming and exploiting to get gear and levels..
As lagit play will no longer matter.

For years, the slang term for "cash shop" or any other function that adds items available for purchase without playing the game and unlocking it- has been dubbed "pay to win"
In other words.. micro transactions , cash shop, [made up currency] - store is the same as "pay to win"
Can argue amongst yourselfs with the definition of pay to win.
(Not to be confused with pay to play)
And yes. Obtaining a dance emotion is winning an item. May not make you stronger- but it adds to the game play experience.
If they want to make it so you have to complete a quest or something before you can buy the stuff.. that's different. .

Yea man this is totally going pay to win. I'll be able to one shot oryx with the charleston. -Also obtaining items doesn't equal winning in Destiny. Emotes have no affect on your light or defense or attack values. This is just disappointing how many inferences you made in your linked post.

This is NOT A pay to win game, Pay to win means you must purchase in game weapons/armor/anything to be able to keep up with everyone else and to have a better chance at winning (pay to better chance to win) So far, all that is being sold is emotes, last time I checked emotes were NOT NEEDED to win anything (except dance contests) TL:DR is destiny a pay to win game? No. Is destiny a pay-to-look-good? Possibly, even though guardians can look good without buying new emotes already
