High school was bad for me, but I fought back or didn't react. My brother went to the same high school and has autism (and worse than me.) He was fúcking terrorised. He's at college, doing tai-kwon-do and has never been happier. I'm happier in college and people are my friend for who I am ((and because they want my help XD)) People are more mature in college and autism spectrum disorder isn't always a disability, it just makes socialising a lot harder - for most people conversation is natural, to an autist its a learned behaviour. I know the speach patterns and facial signs like a behavioural analyst because I need to to communicate...and that's why online brings out the aspie in me. At least she's happy now though, I'm proud of her.
