HOW TO GET TWILIGHT GARRISON(BIG SECRET)
You just have to decrypt it from an engram. I didn't get it from a secret quest and am keeping it selfishly to myself. I got it from one exotic engram. However, I've heard other titans have gotten 9 alpha lupis and still not a Twilight Garrison, so my guess is it's drop rate is screwed up and I'm lucky.
Just know it's amazing and I can't wait for my titan bros to experience the amazingness of the evade when the drop rates fixed.
EDIT: xVoodooMasterx just got it from an engram drop from Darkblade. I've reports of Nagotelli getting it as well. Maybe the drop rates are changing.

8 RespuestasI find it funny that you are on PS4 yet there is no video of you actually decrypting the engram. You , like everyone else certainly realises that PS4 automatically records and can save the last 15 minutes of gameplay... so when something amazing happens you can literally press two buttons to save it upto 15 minutes after that point. I am calling you a straight up liar, and be warned when we find out how you did obtain it, this community will no doubt troll you into oblivion.

But Like Smith confirmed that only the Crest is in the loot table, so if you are lying and there is a secret to get it.. Just know that this community will have absolutely no mercy. 14 RespuestasEvery exotic that drops from an engram has an empty blueprint spot. Sleeper stimulant, black spindle, touch of malice, etc... All quest / mission specific exotics. That's why their slot in the blueprints were hidden. Therefore, since there's no chest slot for the garrison, it must be a mission / quest exotic. I highly doubt OP got it as a glitch: if it was unobtainable it wouldn't be in the game yet... But it's in the game since he has it. And it's not an engram armor piece. It's a quest / mission / objective exotic, he just won't tell us how to get it. My tinfoil hat is on really tight, by the way.

Also suspiciously on both posts there has been a guy claiming his "friend" also has the exotic, but refuses to share any information.

In fact, developers at Bungie are all examples of the perfect man. Supermen I dare say. They save kittens out of trees with one hand, type our weapons will always stay relevant with the other, and do 300 squats a day with the remaining limbs and they [b][i]never make mistakes.[/i][/b] Seriously, I love how the community is convinced Bungie lies and cut content and blah blah blah, but this right here, this is legit, because he said it in a podcast.
