Could Dragons Breath do more damage under very specific and often impossible conditions? Yeah. But neither of them were the best of the best, which is quite clearly what the Gjallarhorn was in terms of heavies. When you can get kicked out of a game for [i][b]not[/b][/i] having a weapon, it's a problem.
