No. Year one weapons are so unbalanced it ruins the game. Guns like the original Felwinter and Gally and many others are stupid and if they are brought forward while retaining their lack of balance then none of the new guns, which are very good, would be getting used. It's no surprise the less OP exotics made it to year 2. Raid gear would be good, but it would have to include a new level cap which isn't going to happen.
