It's the only exotic sniper listed in the armory and I've heard it's a two shot head shot in crucible.

You have probably heard but there is an exotic black hammer called black swindle, trust me this will be a good sniper.

I just heard about it, but it's nothing compared to what black hammer used to be (White Nail)

Patience and time was the lowest impact exotic sniper. I can't tell you for sure if my friends analysis is true on hereafter, but he had no reason to lie.

My friend has it. I can confirm that it easily kills with one head shot or two body shots in the crucible. On top of that the perks are amazing for PvE and I'm pretty sure they are ok for the crucible. I reckon it will just come down to preference.
