No. Simply put, many if those weapons need to be fixed fore being brought to Year 2. The Gjallarhorn is the chief example, but things like the No Land Beyond certainly count as well. It's nice to have the old ones around for nostalgia, but the Year 2 version of several weapons needs to be altered significantly from Year 1. They're likely to introduce a Year 2 of your favourite if it's not there yet, but do not expect it to be the same as in Year 1.
