Just because new gear or weapons come out don't mean they are better. I believe all exotics should be carried over. If not all are being carried then why only carry over a few? What makes them pick certain guns to carry over over the others? There needs to be a good explanation for only picking certain gear that carries over while others dont. Plus also don't say that exotics will be carried forward and be usable and then in the future it turns out to be different. Deceiving your audience is the worst a developer can do.
